The Baby Bjorn Travel Cot Light is the perfect cot to take with you overnight, week-ends away or even longer trips. It can be set up in record time, in one easy movement.  Simply remove from the carrying caseand unfold.

It weighs only 5 kgs and is light and easy to carry in its carrying case. Soft fabric makes it snug and cosy for your child. Both the mattress cover and the bed fabric can be machine-washed. The mattress cover and all fabric parts that come into contact with your child have been approved in accordance with the Oeko-Tex Standard 100, class 1.

The Oeko-Tex standard is the leading certification standard in the textile industry.  You can rest assured that your child is sleeping safely as with this certification you can trust that your travel cot does not contain any concentrations of substances which can be hazardous to human health.  It's taken us a while at Eco Child to find a port-a-cot that we're happy with, given that they're made from non-organic fibres.  Our peace of mind was certainly from this trusted certification.

You can use the BABYBJÖRN Travel Cot Light for newborns and up until your child is about three years old.

Keep the following in mind:

• Never leave your child unattended in the travel cot. Small children are curious, and your child may learn how to climb out of the cot– perhaps earlier than you imagine.

• Be sure to always use BabyBjörn’s original mattress, with its built-in, rigid base, which is essential to the bed’s design. Without the base, the child can tip the bed over.
